2. Enhances the emulsifying and dispersing power, increasing the solubility of proteins and dust commonly found in daily fabrics.
3. Acts as a buffering agent, maintaining the pH value of the detergent solution at a level of 9~9.5, thereby facilitating the removal of acidic dirt from fabrics.
