Product Description

 

Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate,TSPP,White powder

Specific gravity 2.534, melting point 880 ºC, soluble in water, its aqueous solution is alkaline. It can form complex with alkaline earth metal salt. Soluble in acid, insoluble in alcohol and ammonia.

The aqueous solution is stable below 70 ºC and hydrolyzed to disodium hydrogen phosphate after boiling. After weathering in dry air, crystal water is lost at 100 ºC. It is easy to absorb moisture and deliquescence in the air.

Product Application

1.TSPP mainly used as in industry as detergent auxiliary , paper production to bleach and electroplatingy.

2.It is used for electroplating baths to form complexes together with Fe;

3.For Paper industry as decolorizer;For printing and dyeing industry as auxliary agent;

4.For toothpast industry as additive to form colloid together with Dicalcium phosphate;

5.For water treatment industry as water softner;

5.For machanic industry as rust remover;

6.TSPP  is used in electroplating industry to prepare electroplating solution, which can form complex with iron;

7.Used in wool industry as degreaser and bleaching agent for wool;



8.Used in the paper industry to bleach paper and plant fibers. Printing and dyeing industry used as auxiliaries in dyeing and finishing bleaching. Daily chemical industry used as toothpaste additive, can form colloid with calcium hydrogen phosphate and play a stable role, can also be used in the synthesis of detergent and the production of shampoo cream products.

9.Used as a rust remover in machining. It is used as dispersant and emulsifier in chemical production.

10.Can also be used in water treatment agent, oil drilling and other aspects, in the food industry as quality improver, emulsifier, buffer, chelating agent, etc. Sodium pyrophosphate has the function of softening water, but also can dissolve calcium, magnesium insoluble salts, such as clothing fibers, mixed with insoluble calcium soap or other metal soap formed dirt, it can make its redissolve and improve the decontamination ability.

In addition,Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate  has the effect of reverse flocculation, so that oil emulsification, which is called the gelolytic property. It can also make the surfactant solution further reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension, and play the role of washing aid.
